Return and Refund Policy

•Soto Henriquez cigars does not take returns or refunds without a good reasoning behind it. If for any reason there is a problem with your order or feel as though you haven’t been treated properly after contacting us we will make sure you are refunded if solution has not been mitigated. 

•If your product has been damaged during shipment please notify us and we will send you out a new order after we receive proof of any damages.
